Ultimate Fitness Group, LLC is the franchisor of OrangeTheory Fitness. The franchise is offered to qualified individuals and entities to run and operate a fitness studio under a comprehensive system. The franchisee is required to complete an initial training program to franchisor’s satisfaction. The initial training program lasts for five days and done in Boca Raton, Florida, where the headquarter is located. OrangeTheory Fitness has a learning management software system wherein franchisees can access online “e-learning” modules through Orange University. A studio launch training has to be provided too, which consists of 36 hours onsite training at the franchisee’s studio.
